His theory is based on lunar/solar cycles and the dusk/dawn predominance of earthquake timing globally.. The lunar/solar speculative natures of this theory aside, is there any truth to his assertion that earthquakes globally are more likely to occur during the dusk/dawn? Has anyone read this book? Or know of this persons research? Appears pretty speculative to me and Im open minded, but CBS and other news outlets are running it as news, figured folks here might be interested..
