Next general elections will be inT state Nalgonda: The Housing Minister, Uttam Kumar Reddy has exuded confidence that the next general elections would be conducted in separate Telangana State. Uttam Kumar Reddy on Friday night inaugurated Mahankaliguden Lift Irrigation Scheme in Nereducharla mandal in the district. The LegislativeAssembly Deputy Speaker Battivikramarka, Nalgonda MP Gutta Sukhender Reddy and the Minister for Women Welfare and Child Development Sunitha Laxma Reddy also attend the programme. Speaking on the occasion, Uttam Kumar Reddy said that the decision taken by the Congress Working Committee under the leadership of AICC president Sonia Gandhi on Telangana Statehood, would be implemented as it is. It was not possible for anybody to stop the process of formation of separate Telangana State, he added. Mallu Batti Vikramarka said that it was not proper to provoke the people on bifurcation of the State as CWC took the decision after receivingwritten letters from all political parties supporting formation of separate Telangana State. The TDP, BJP, CPI and YSR Congress, in written,twice informed the centre that they have no objection if the separate Telangana State was formed. The Centre would take action towards formation of Telangana State. The formation of separate Telangana State would not be stopped as the AICC president Sonia Gandhi and the Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh made it clear that there was no scopeto reverse the decision on Telangana Statehood, he added.
