Next meeting: Wednesday Nov 5th in The Downham Arms. At this stage we need to have: 1. filled out the application forms, 2. put together a business plan of costings - leading on to grant applications from The Arts Council and Basildon Council, 3. made a start on sourcing Acts, 4. made a site visit with Grant and the Park Keepers, 5. liased with Youth groups - Scouts, ATC, Guides, etc to enlist help, 6. drawn up a list of potential vendors to invite. As you can see there is a lot to do. Please volunteer your help, via this site, in any aspect you are able. Thanks.
