Next month DoC, the Yellow Eyed Penguin Trust, and two of our Environmental Educators travel to the Auckland Islands to count Hoiho, or Yellow Eyed Penguins, as they head out to sea in the mornings. The Hoiho is found only in New Zealand, and is one of the rarest penguins in the world. Frazer Dale & Christina Cromwell are joining the expedition sailing on the SV Evohe for the two week journey.
