Next time you consider about skipping class think about this... So, I did not want to go run this morning but I made myself do it and felt great afterward. Even finished faster than when I started. Time to do the same in the weight room. Yes, it is easier to find and excuse not to do something and not push through the difficulty of training but then I miss out on the benefits. I would rather find a reason to do it and then figure out whatever it is going to take to get me to start the session so that I can experience the awesome feeling I get when I am done!
