It means to be aware of how we operate on higher wavelengths and to become aware of our energetic self. Sadly, many people in our society become depressed or even suicidal. They do not realize that this is a result from being attacked on energetic levels. If only they would learn how to protect themselves on higher levels, they could find the joy and love in life. If many of those people would grasp these higher teachings, imagine how we could have greater joy in our society. We are evolving and we are feeling more. Our world is becoming more forceful with its ideas and pain. It is time to begin to understand ourselves on the higher levels and how to protect ourselves, so that we can become strong, loving, joyful and have a fulfilling and loving life.
