Nice little swim workout at lunch. Tapering for race this weekend. Warmed up with a 4:45 300m. Did ten x 100m, first one in 1:30 and knocking about a second off each successive interval with the last one at 1:19. Finished up with a 2:55 200m. Felt like I had another gear left most of the time. Nice and easy 1500m tomorrow, and Friday off, with the triathlon Sunday being a 800m swim, 40K bike, 5K run. I might be slow, but Im the fastest slow I can be at this point.
