Nice little variation on some ab wheel core movements. Very good for stabilising and helping to create the awareness to brace the core. Most people who suffer with back problems do so because of an inefficiency or weakness in the core. Dispersing your weight to either side during this exercise will engage the transvers abdominus and internal/external obliques, muscles most people are unaware they have let alone know how to engage. Spine neutrality is paramount throughout the movement so care should be taken to ensure form is 100% here guys. Let me know how you get on Any questions just fire them below.
