Nice single leg superset yesterday from client Becky Tavener Be sure to train with unilateral movements in both your upper and Lower body sessions . Everyone always has a more predominant + weaker side which often isnt highlighted in traditional lifts. In the video Becky is doing :- 1.a) single leg press 1.b) standing single leg hamstring curl Some of my other favourites which I regularly include :- 1. Bulgarian Split Squat 2. Lunge walking 3. Barbell Step Ups Give them a go
