Nicely made skit with a straight answer for movies like PK and Oh My God. Movie makers should stop making movies with half knowledge, Stop using a powerful media like cinema for glorifying their confused judgements. Movies like this will make people, (particularly confused Hindus) atheists or converted. While we respect the directors freedom of speech, we expect them to have respect for others beliefs. While it may appear that these movies have brought up correct points against fraudulent godmen, in the process they happily criticised some core values/rituals of the religion. Particularly every Ritual in Hinduism has a deep scientific significance. It may be true that its not widely understood or openly told, but if someone wants to find answers they can always find it by approaching the right Guru. In fact a student/disciple is supposed to understand things better by questioning his master. That is the reason why most of the things are left at a level where a person will start questioning. The days have changed people are not worried about the knowledge but they are worried about the effect of it. Thats the reason why we see fake Godmen making money from people with endless material wants. Unless people start pursuing spiritual values and understand what Hinduism is all about, movies like Pk continue to raise money and create confusion.
