Night out with my guys to the movies and dinner. I had a large ICEE and shared a large popcorn with my guys and we topped our night off at Applebees where I had the Cedar Plank Salmon, so delish...no guilt over the ICEE and popcorn since we believe in the 90/10 rule that way we dont go crazy on a strict, boring diet. Life is meant to be enjoyed with all the wonderful pleasures it offers.
