Ninja Kau-Kau, usually skulking silently just out of visual range, was making quite the extended statement as the Heinous Overlord puttered in the next room. Slipping up to the doorway to see what was going on, H.O. spotted Caution IAWKD investigating some dried dill fronds that were on the kitchen counter. Tugboat, spotting danger, gave the alarm, and the plot (whatever it entailed) was thwarted in a flurry of fur pelting off in several directions.
