Nitros law was passed and signed into law on Sept. 29th, 2013 after 5 long, long, long hard years!!! Were grassroots, 100% volunteers who all have full time jobs, families, responsibilities, rescues, etc., but we always made time to advocate, we never gave in, we never gave up and we never will.
