No AM classes at Toms River Fitnéss tomorrow! Opening late, call before you go. My trx body class: workout at home- 1min intervals w/10 sec rest: Push ups Squat w/alt knee lift One leg deadlift -R Plank pikes One leg dead lifts -L Mountain climbers Tricep dips -feet up! Curtsy lunge with 1 foot on a towel or paper plate- right Plank knee to same elbow sliding foot on a plate or towel Curtsy lunge-left DO THIS 2x thru- 3x if possible!! 💪💦💪💦 no excuses!! 😘 Comment below-let me know how you did!!
