No Garage for Church Street - After extended discussions and on the much anticipated and needed potential mixed use parking garage on the Church Street Corridor, the Town of Vienna and the developer have called it quits on the project. On the drawing board since 2012, the town and developer have been looking to provide a mixed use retail, residential and four level parking structure on the lot at 120 Church Street NW. The project was canceled due to issues involving the project’s general contractor, Suffolk Construction Company. More information can be found on the Town’s web site viennava.gov.
