This video demonstrates one of the ways to keep abs challenged. In this video, I used a stability pad making it harder to stabilize my core. Start routine with a plank, then push off the ground with both hands followed by double knee-ins. The goal is to keep core completely contracted at all times, preventing lower back from sinking. Both angles shown here demonstrate proper form and muscles engaged in this exercise.
