No Marriage is Perfect: Even the most compatible couples disagree. Marital disagreements arent a sign of a troubled marriage. It just means that your marriage is made up of two normal and healthy minds. The perfect hubby is one who doesnt expect his wife to be perfect and the perfect wife is one who doesnt expect her hubby to be perfect. But both look up to their Perfect Savior. While disagreements are inevitable, arguments can be minimized or avoided. The key is to establish rules of conflict resolution before conflicts arise and agreeing to give each other room to freely express feelings and frustrations before they buildup into stressors. Ideally couples should sit down and openly and calmly discuss matters. But, if tempers flare and emotions erupt; avoid name-calling, finger-pointing or saying anything you’d later regret.
