Tonight, enjoy a free evening of art, music and entertainment as Pasadena’s most prominent arts and cultural institution swing open the doors at ArtNight Pasadena. The event is from 6pm – 10 pm. Check out the Chinese American Museums latest exhibition, L.A. Heat: Taste Changing Condiments, during it’s opening weekend. The exhibit showcases 30 artists inspired by the red hot, mouth-burning condiments Sriracha and Tapatio. Grab the kids and head over to Grand Park this Saturday for L.A.U.S.D Arts Fest in the Park. Enjoy student artwork, a creativity zone with arts and crafts activities, musical performances, and much more! The event is free and starts at 10 am – 4 pm. lausdartsfest-lausd-ca.schoolloop/ Museum of Latin American Art (MOLAA) honors Mexican artist Frida Kahlo at Fridamania: Women’s Day Festival 2014, a day that celebrates the contributions of women to art, movement, and music.
