No amount of ponificating will hide or distort the fact that the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Government, David Cameron is afraid to debate with the First Minister of Scotland, Alex salmond. He knows it, the First Minister knows it and the population at large knows it. David Cameron is not to be condemned because he knows his limitations but because he is using his position as the head of the United Kingdom Government to direct a conserted campaign against the First Minister of Scotland and the campaign for independence . He is using his office and all the state funding at his disposal. The Prime Minister is also responsible for all the UK policies implemented in Scotland and should therefor havi the decencey to answer for them. Dispite his assertions to the contrary, Alistair Darling has no authority to speak on behalf of the Westminster Government as he is not part of that Government. He is the head of the No campaign and Blair Jenkins is the head of the Yes Campaign. David Cameron you said you would fight to maintain the Union with every fibre now it is time to grow a set and man up. If you cnat man up then pleas shut up and stay out of it.
