No doubt there are more churches in your community than banks - TopicsExpress

No doubt there are more churches in your community than banks and barbers combined. You would think that you could hear anything you wanted from such a doctrinal smorgasbord. Yet there are quite a few things that most churches will not teach you. For example it is extremely rare to find a church that will teach that Jesus did not preach to the Gentiles while he walked the earth ( Matt 15:24). But since that is the case, where do you fit in? You would faster find a decoder ring in your cracker jacks than you would find a church that will teach you that it would be wrong to tithe today. Instead of explaining the liberty that you have in Christ they would much rather shackle you with the threat of the Mosaic Law when it comes to your wallet ( 2 Cor 9:7). Neither will you find any pastor worth their salt teaching you to circumcise your male children on the eighth day of their birth. Yet all of them will obligate you to be baptized before you are a member of the church (Col 2:11-12). Weren’t they both Jewish customs? (Exo 29:4) While we’re at it, don’t you know that you can’t go to church, because you are the church? The church is always people never brick and mortar ( 1 Cor 3:16). Yet you won’t find pastors telling you that you can have God’s grace in your car just as easy as you can from the altar. Not in a hundred years will you hear the truth about Christmas, Easter, and Lupercalia. ( Acts 12:4) You may have never heard that Peter tried to prevent the crucifixion ( Matt 16:22). Did you know that Jesus has appeared multiple times since his ascension? ( Acts 9:3; 26:16 – No we are not Mormons). Have you not heard of the dispensation of Grace or the preaching of Jesus Christ according to the revelation of the mystery? ( Rom 16:25, Eph 3:1-2) These are just a few of the things that are not being taught in churches all across your county. If you are in one of those churches then perhaps you are not getting the whole truth. Talk to your pastor about the things you read in these articles and start talking about some of the things that you are not being told from the Bible. Perhaps you need to find an assembly of believers which understand Jesus Christ according to the revelation of the mystery.
