No hair on my tongue. This was a post in response to the issues the (south) Florida film and television industry, specifically about Bob Bob Lasky and Will Bresch. I totally agree Rose, however, its not just talent that are at fault. Everyone one is to blame. Riding on high horses, pointing fingers at each other, thinking that ones shite dont stink and uber inflated egos across the board. I too have friends in NY that laugh at south Florida because of these reasons. Now we can all take a step back and see how we can work collectively and move forward and progress. I for one was snub once again because of the fallout Ive had with a certain CD which will remain nameless. I fit the description of the role perfectly and who knows I may have been exactly what the client was searching for but because of our issues I was told that it wouldnt be a good idea to go and cast. So its not just talent that has this perception of how people conduct their business. The perception is rampant across the country and as we all know, at the end of the day, perception is reality. An the perception is that we cant conduct professionally even when we may dislike each other. Whats more important? Getting a great product on screen? Or someones ego? Things to think about.
