No health insurance so turning to my community of brilliant minds. Help much appreciated. I have had a sharp pain running down my upper back and neck down my arm to my elbow. Been this way for about a week and its persistent somewhat effecting my ability to use the arm. Im obviously thinking pinched nerve...anyone have something like this before or know anything about it. Again, any help would be appreciated.
