No is a very difficult word to say. Speaking personally I have now drawn boundaries and if I feel I must say no I do. But its come at a cost. I have lost friends because of it. But I have learnt that you do need to stay true to yourself. Now dont get me wrong Im still happy to help people, but there comes a time when you realise you cant say yes to everyone. If it doesnt feel right to me I will say no. I trust not only my intuition but the guidance of my angels. So if you keep saying yes to others, even when your tired and you really dont feel up to it, stop before you answer. If it feels right go ahead and help. If you have any doubts about it what so ever then say no. Talk to your angels if you are still feeling uncertain and let them guide you to your decision. Learn to stay true to yourself and you wont regret it.
