No matter how much you can lift, no matter how much you have had to overcome, no matter how strong you are, you will always have moments of weakness. The thing to remember is not to focus on the things that are trying to make you weak and cave but to focus on the one single most important thing that keeps you strong and keeps you going! Whether that is dropping one more pound, getting that promotion, finishing the race, that single most important thing or idea is what makes you be able to overcome the test and obstacle before you. You have to be willing to go through the trenches in order to get what you want. If your not willing to do that then you dont deserve it.
