No more choosing between time with your littles & working out! :) ***Baby Burner Circuit*** -Alternating front lunges (lunge 5x each side) -Deep front lunge pulses (pulse 10x each side) -Side-to-side squats (3 reps, 2x each side) -Center squats (4x touching babys feet to the floor) -Bicep curls (holding babys outside leg/arm…5x) -Tricep dips (10x) -Ab twists (holding babys outside leg/arm…2x each side, pausing in the center w/c control) -Back/shoulder burners (holding babys outside leg/arm extend arms straight out & back in w/ control…3x) Notes: Your baby needs to have good head control for most of these exercises (~3 months+). You may need to alter the number of reps based on your babys weight (you may be able to increase reps if they are still small…my little girl is about 18lbs in this one so I would do the above # of reps). What exercises do you like to incorporate your babies, kids, fur-children, etc. into??
