No one is thinking of what losing their mane and tail does to a horse. it is their only defense against insects. It takes 1-2 years for a cut tail to grow back to a length that will make a difference for them when it comes to insects. Not only are they leaving the horses with something that lasts for a long time, they are possibly injuring these horses and putting them through immense stresses. Lastly, it is very dangerous for those who are taking part in the capture/cutting of these horses. Please sign and/or share the petition.
