No one says she is ugly, and if anyone ever mentioned it, then that was a slip of the tongue or a mismatch of words... actually every woman is beautiful and nice, what people really meant about Miss Ug. was that her beauty wasnt worth winning the Contest, it wasnt standard enough, but she is beautiful in normal society, we the Baganda believe every thing has to be talked about, you cant term undeveloped cassava stems as cassava tubers, they are stems... ekibi kyogerwako, enkolo si mmere... !!! I would throw an empty bottle at the judges if I were present at the contest as my sign of discontent.... we should get Miss Uganda symbolizing Beauty, a pure Muhima from the West, brown with curves and that doll-beautiful face, then another Miss Uganda Symbolizing Wisdom, Intelligence, Articulate Values then very Knowledgeable, tall and dark skinned and perhaps from the North, so they should be Two Miss Uganda.... naye any way, she won the Pageant , congs and bravo.. Kudos to the Sponsors.. naye the Judges, they need to be stoned or counseled.
