No one will understand the hard work we put in. Staying back is not for the bosses. It Is to cover each other in the team as there is really nobody else that can support. NOBODY cared on how work was done and the major problems that happened. Only expect to meet the time line given with phonecalls. Not even a concern of asking if we ate dinner or take a short break. BOSSES gain their title and move up the job ladder just by attending meetings where the men are just ordered around to support the ^ Yes arrows^ they take so they can climb higher. Ask for help. They will be in meeting and Im sure that bosses meeting include food and drinks. At least, job was done and by so called techs in the department with absymal rating achieved during Performance appraisal. I believe even if we work hard. We will never see our faces in the award list in the company. Do see the award list at company and see if anyone from PEE gets anything. Im sorry to those I let down tonight due to the work I HAD to do. I can only remain silent and get scolded. Im sorry. Just feeling super accused and blame and worthless.
