No sir, I do not think Im being unreasonable. The paper work in my hand which I received from your service representative clearly states we are to be billed for one years service at the time we started the contract. ...Thats not what it shows in my computer... I understand that your record reflect that we were put on auto service pay and not billed annually. Again, thats an issue on your side, not mine. ...So what do you want to do... Heres what I would like you to do. Apply the discount, to which we are entitled and the reason we agreed to pay the full year in advance, to this last service bill, give me the total, I will pay it and I want to terminate our service agreement. ...Wait, why do you want to cancel your contract with us?... From the very beginning there were issues with the technician not showing up when he said he would and showing up when he wasnt scheduled. I had to call your office multiple times to get everyone on the same page and it wasnt until I finally asked Can I set up the rest of my appointment now? that anything was resolved. Im not sure why weve had as many issues as we have. However, Im not going to continue this service knowing full well problems like this will most likely persist. Furthermore I want to make sure our contract is terminated before the renewal date because I can not and do not trust that your company will process that correctly. ...Oh, OK.
