No sleep and I have An urgency to speak...Im a 40 plus year vet in the ministry and never in all my life and travels have I been so distraught with the church...and the people in it...your bible says forsake not the assembling of yourselves in the House of God...yet these very so called christian people find every excuse to miss church. Your bible says be men and priest of your homes another words lead them by examples! Yet, we have more lazy men in the church than ever before in her history! Oh, YOULL get up for the mighty dollar and be on time for the mammon ways of life... oh....but to get up for God and church and to lead your family to God and his house and thats another story, because ude rather hit snooze on the cell phone alarm clock then get their on time! Ude rather say whats wrong with every thing and everyone in the church than support it faithfully...Church this is very disturbing to me as a pastor of 22 years here at the River and not just here but Im seeing and hearing about this foolishness every where I go! We pastors are so disrespected and talked down to and about TIL its pathetic! Yet, when we are called upon all hours of the night mind you we answer and get up...and go. When you need prayer we are their. When your family is in turmoil we fix it! Yet; we do all of that for free mostly, because now the church barely even shows up to pay our salaries with their tithes and offerings; but, God forbid if we are not their for YA...THATS a tune with a different story...well saints we are not your whores and your bible says we are worthy of our hire...so put up and pay up or shut up about it....most of YA cant even get up for being lazy and sleeping in...yet you want to go to heaven....wow!!! Not to mention ude rather talk about what aint right in the house of God in departments than look in your own back yard and see your faults that need fixing period....like your habits, your drug problem your in denial about, your pill popping and drinking on the side...etc... Saints of God when I grew up if you didnt like what your were given food wise you ate it anyways, etc! Well, its the same in the church... parents your the priest over your kids quit letting them tell you what AINT right and make their lazy buts go to church and quit spoiling them with what they want its called discipline period...every teacher in school aint perfect but you sure dont keep them home over that nooooooo you need them hours to sleep and be lazy. So oh yeah, youll get them on that bus for school want YA, well its the same in the church too... Wow, you better not let God see you put school over church boy howdy youll get it ...because he DONT play...now repent and get back to the house of God with a humbleness less God call your mess out....enough is enough...quit putting every excuse before him and stop playing around less you bust hell wide open and thats my real talk for today 2014!!!
