No way could I in good conscience vote for a #FarmBill that cuts #SNAP by $8 billion. We need to be working to end hunger in America, not taking from those who have less to give. As President Obama said in his State of the Union Speech last night, Here in America, our success should depend not on accident of birth, but the strength of our work ethic and the scope of our dreams...Opportunity is who we are. And the defining project of our generation must be to restore that promise.” Lets get back to creating ladders of opportunity for those who are working hard to get into the middle class. Taking from #SNAP is not the way to create opportunity in America.
