Noelle update: She had her scan this morning and she has been diagnosed with an atypical hemangioma. Basically it is a large cluster of blood vessels that have formed under her skin. The doctor said he doesnt see it often. We are VERY thankful that all of the scary stuff has been ruled out but we still have a long road ahead of us. We will head back to her pediatric dermatologist to discuss treatment options but from what it sounds like she is going to be under very close watch until she is at least 1 to see its growth trends. We are hoping that they will begin to break up on their own and fade out but because her type is uncommon they are sure yet.
