None of what is mentioned here is possible unilaterally. It is fun and easy to blame the President for policies that you dont like. Heres an example from the message Hesitancy in dealing with Isis. Interesting, I thought the president responded without consent of the congress. Is that the Presidents fault or did he do that because he knew Congress would just make it a political football and that the Republican House (with the sole power of impeachment) wouldnt do anything about it anyway? So, his choice was act in the way he thought was best and suffer little more than a few angry articles or wait and suffer the same but go against his own wishes? The House and the Senate have a responsibility for oversight and the Republicans are in a strong position to do so, the fact they have not indicates that they dont truly oppose the policies. That means the difference (at the federal level) between R & D is much less than they claim. Libertarians give you a different option.
