Nordburger, Adelaide. I found this burger on some website which showcased the best burgers in each state. There were two for Adelaide, so figured while in town I should check at least one out. The big kahuna burger, gf option... With lettuce instead of a bun. Not too sure if all will approve it as a true burger as such, more like a San choi bow burger. I got it cooked rare... It came out fairly rare! So points for that. It was a particularly greasy burger, not bad size, at first bite tasted like a quarter pounder from maccas, like a super fresh hot one... But then after the second bite its true flavour came out. Juicy, greasy, plenty of meaty flavour, but still something was missing... Their in house sauce was not bad, just Mayo and ketchup mixed it seemed... All in all though, nothing overly fancy... I give it a 2.7/5 San choi bow burgers
