Normally, I am never wrong. And whatever I claim as my analysis, comes out in some form from various other avenues. The challenges being faced by the country at our Northern & Western Borders, with China & Pakistan, within just 4 months of the BJP (Modi) coming to power speaks of a larger dangerous design. It is no co-incidence that, China undertook a massive incursion, at, not one but 3 places along the LAC just after BJP (Modi) came to power, and that too when their President was being shown around the gardens of Ahmedabad. It is also no co-incidence that, the Pak Ambassador summoned the guts to speak to the Hurriyat, just before the foreign level talks were scheduled with the new govt of the BJP (Modi). It is also no co-incidence that, the Pak PM took the oppurtunity of the cancellation of talks by the new Modi govt to raise the issue at the UN. It is again no co-incidence that, peeved at Indias cancellation of talks and the snub at the UN, Pak has resorted to heavy shelling on Civilian Areas along the International border causing death & destruction. The 1st time since Kargil (almost 16yrs back). Specially at a time when 2 important States in India r up for elections, and everyone including the PM are busy with the elections. It is also again no co-incidence that Pakistan has gone running to the UN again complaining against the strong retaliation by India. And, it is also no co-incidence that, the Opposition in India and certain Media houses r using the opportunity to corner Modi, as to why is he busy with elections when there is a situation at the border? Everyone in India as well as our neighbors know that, if the BJP wins these 2 states it is doom for many small and big Political parties in this country. Which will also trigger a collapse of many small parties in the country. Specially our neighbors know this fact that, it was easier doing business with a flexible Congress then an inflexible BJP (Modi). And the win of these 2 states by BJP wud make it even more stronger for the next 20yrs or so, and wud in fact kiss discussions with India on thorny issues good bye for ever. Hence, using the simple logic of An enemy of an enemy can become a temporary friend, I wont be surprised that, Pakistan, and China have been encouraged by the combined Secular Parties headed by The Congress to challenge the Modi govt on various fronts, and keep him occupied, so as not to win these 2 State Elections. The operating logic being simple: U keep challenging India on the International Borders, and we keep criticizing him relentlessly for lack of action, to break his image. And, in all this if Pakistan succeeds in Internationalizing the issue at the UN, and the UN reprimands India some way or the other, it wud be an added bonus for the Congress. All in all it is a highly dangerous game of cat & mouse being played by a highly corrupt Congress, Pakistan, China & hair brained persons like Udhav Thackeray, who himself was the 1st to criticize Modi on the border issue. A game, which I think, Modi cud be well aware of.
