Normally, Riva Pool Bar Hurghada its very nice place, nice music, service, Visitors mostly foreigners.... but yesterday was an exception, it was a DISASTER!!! I went there with my husband, and we found that its arrive one egyptian family who turned Riva Hurghada into a zoo. They shouted, made tooooo much noise, they occupied the pool where they were swimming in clothes (!!!). Even after the request to be a little quieter and respect the people around, they ignored us and keep doing what they want. Managment was just ran around us and apologized, becouse this people came from the owner and nobody can do anything. We have to left the place becouse of all this. Its a pity, that the owners does not care about the reputation of the place and customers who coming there......
