North Carolina is learning some of the same lessons as Kansas. Tax revenues as predicted by that ace economist Art Pope are not sufficient to pay the bills. Wonder why? just as in Kansas, NC cut taxes for the upper brackets, raised them for all below, and eliminated the Earned Income Tax Credit for the working poor. What brilliance, eh? Look at Kansas and see tomorrows NC. Go to the polls in November and wield your weapon, your ballot to send the TP and GOP home. They did not perform for the majority of us, so why give them more time to raid and rob and steal whatever is left?
