Many other illegal changes to a Law Passed by Congress and Not submitted to Congress for Approval AS the Constitution States. I reprise here, Let the people make the Laws, let the people Change the Laws. As President, HE DOES NOT have the Authority to CHANGE Any Law, unless Congress agrees and is passed so that he may ceremonially sign and use 50 pens to do so, that is NOT an Official signature, just a combination of lines and dots. Use ONE pen to sign the thing, AND save us $51.00 for EACH of the ceremonial pens used in the signings. Waste And Abuse of Tax Dollars.
