Williams - I feel compelled to express my thoughts as police officers across the country are under attack by race baiting black leaders and cowardly elected officials and he continues ... As you know, Norwood in the past has been portrayed in a negative fashion by some. The Norwood Police Dept. has always performed its duties in an exemplary fashion and held its high standard of conduct without any outside influence. I might be going out here on a limb, but if this video is an indication of what he feels is always performing its duties in an exemplary fashion and upholding its high standard of conduct, they are clearly in need of some outside influence.
