*Not Ch. 31 related, except for the issues that took me on that path, needing to save everything since memory and disorganization can be an issue. Are there any computer fixers on the page that can maybe assist? I used the Norton Eraser yesterday and I, definitely, fouled up lots of things with it, now cant un-erase as the site said, since I cant even download anything. I chatted with them and they were more than willing to help me undo, remotely, but the problem I keep getting is, now not able to download with continued error message, only. Unless they can access remotely, its a no-go for that assistance. If anyone has any ideas, would be most appreciative...thank you in advance!
