Not bad for 198 LB at 8% body fat. πͺππ Lots of people hate on Cross-fit exercises, but the Muscle Up is an effective exercise that triggers many body parts (shoulders, triceps, biceps, back, delts, core, etc), and allows you to work on your cardio. ;) Ive been including muscle ups in my workout routine for about 6 mouths now. And the results have been satisfying. I train both to build muscle, and have functional strength and speed. Aka aesthetics with a purpose. Muscle ups definitely keep me on check! This exercise is beneficial for both men and women. I urge you to give it a try, even if you are terrible at first.
