Not every happy ending has a happy beginning. At 10 weeks old Camo - TopicsExpress

Not every happy ending has a happy beginning. At 10 weeks old Camo had a home, and that home decided a dogs place is in the laundry room and in that laundry room Camo stayed for two solid years. Until they decided to give him up. While waiting to come up from the south, Camo went into foster and found himself making friends with 8 other dogs and all the family members. When he arrived in NJ he went to our kennel and lived there for a couple of months and became a volunteer favorite because of his easy going nature and sweet disposition. Oh, and his handsome good looks. Last week one of our amazing volunteers took him into foster and he was wonderful with her young daughter and the perfect houseguest. She found the perfect family for this perfect dog and he now gets his happily ever after. For a dog that every day seems like an eternity it never fails to amaze us that dogs can overcome such a lonely and bleak past and still remain loving, trusting and mans faithful best friend. Here are some photos from when Camo lived in the laundry room, to our kennel, to our foster and to his forever family. That last picture is why we do what we do and why we know a dog can go from the first photo to the last, and thats what makes it all worth it in the end. Happy life beautiful boy, you deserve it.
