Not exactly Low Costa Mill related but had a great morning out doing the Helmsley 10k. A local event with about 300 runners. Dont ask about the time. Ive been a bit busy over the last 9-months to get any training done and it was probably the first run in 3-months. Views on the course were fantastic but with the first 2-miles steadily uphill you had to earn the views. Mind the last 4-miles were steadily downhill so it evened itelf out. Got a mug and an easter egg for finishing.
