Weather Situation A low pressure system is over the north Tasman Sea and a strong high pressure system is located over the south Tasman Sea. The high will extend a ridge northwestwards across Victoria on Tuesday. Little change is expected in this broad pattern for the remainder of the week with the high pressure ridge persisting over Victoria.
