Not had the energy to respond to some of your questions or to do many updates (apologies) but here is a very brief summary of the outlook. Weekend - Dry in the south some bright spells but a lot of cloud around. Quite warm. Cooler in the north with some rain at times. Next week - turns more unsettled from the north with the driest and brightest conditions in the south. High pressure may build later, possibly bring some proper summer conditions (remember what I said about signs that high pressure may become more influential as we move into July).
