Not happy. Decided a few months ago that myself and Antony Fox-Parkes would sign up for a part time college course on a Monday evening to go and learn sign language, Saved our pennies and paid our £140 (each) course fees last month all ready for tonight. Both managed to switch things round at work so that we could finish at 5pm instead of our normal 6pm as the course was from 6pm-8pm. Managed to get there in time tonight and people were ariving and saying This is level two isnt it er.....no, we are here for level one. Anyway there was about 25/30 people all turned up for level one course only to be told that it changed last week sometime to a Tuesday. alot of phone calls and chat later we were all taken to a different room and told there must have been an error somewhere as the course is on a Tuesday. So they have our details (even though they have our details on file from when we enrolled) and will contact us all tomorrow with a solution. Possibly move to a different college on a Monday night, but thats a bit out of the way, as the one we were going to was on they way home, if not then a full refund will be given.
