Not impressed with the way News at 10 reported UKIPs outing of their racist candidate. Apparently the party leader taking responsibility immediately by throwing the person out of the party and apologising unreservedly and owning up to a mistake is far more serious to a partys credibility than having its ministers thrown in jail for fraud, its members continually investigated for abuse of expenses and the leaders excusing their actions as unfortunate, ill advised or mistakes or for the partys to be scuriously seeking to create mischief to taint UKIP or others to prejudice and mislead opinion. When youre wrong, hold your hands up and put it right. No one is right 100% of the time. Frankly, to have a politician hold his hands up immediately and sort it, is very refreshing and made me more likely to vote for them not less. AND no Im not a mad UKIP supporter even though I think Mr Farage, if you take the time to listen to him and not what the media interprets, speaks a lot of sense. I am still waiting to be told whats so important about being in Europe? Sorry for the rant, but it really wound me up. Night :)
