Not many of you know or at least were aware of the struggles I have had this whole year with chronic pain. For those who do... know it all to well! haha. Physically and mentally I have broken many times but Feel so blessed to have such amazing friends to get me back on top, so thank you all so much! Perhaps I have seemed normal to most of you? Although that Maybe a bit hard to distinguish because as all of you do know, Im pretty weird haha, but have for sure not been the cavy I can be. Every Bjj training session, every fish, every surf and every time I slept with someone (hahaha) has been agony! You might look at things I have achieved and thought otherwise? But I have tried my best to keep a straight face, smile and even laugh through the pain. Writing is so powerful and I could probably write a novel without much thought but going to end this by saying, today, right now, in this very moment Im sitting at my favourite beach, watching perfect peaks peel off, whales breaching on the horizon with the sun pouring its energy into my naked back and for the first time in so long! I can quickly run back to the house, grab my board, and get a few more barrels before sun down without clenching my teeth in pain but now in happiness đ To all Bjj mates, cant wait to compete next year with you all Ossss! Surfing buddies lets go get tubed! Yew! And to LBG crew lets release our best catches đ đ
