Not many of you know this part of my story... If you saw my video you were able to see that shakeology literally saved my life.(If you havent seen my video please watch :) ) Well I think that I need to elaborate and share what I really mean when I say, SHAKEOLOGY SAVED MY LIFE. The last time I was really sick (last summer) I had hardly been drinking my shake at all (next to none in 2 months). I noticed that I started getting sick, and that my stomach was starting to be real sensitive again. Well, It all started when I had a major attack after eating Pork chops. I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with Pancreatitis. I kept getting sicker and sicker and was literally eating NOTHING. This went on for a month. I was finally admitted to the hospital for a week with tons of procedures done and still no real answers, just things that were wrong which they would cover up with bandaids. They sent me home with a list of referrals to specialists in almost every area. The day I went home I decided to start up on the one thing that helped before but was too scared to try because my stomach hurt even drinking water. I was going to do this though, even if it still hurt to have something in my stomach. I drank my shake 2 to 3 times a day for a week and slowly introduced other foods. By the end of the week I felt 90% better. When I went back for my follow ups EVERY single one of my levels (that had been so out of control before) was now NORMAL. When I went to the hospital I was so sick and weak I could hardly walk. Everything was out of control... My heart rate got down to the 20s! I couldnt believe how much improvement I had made in just that week, a week of drinking my shake. Since then I havent had a single problem. Yes I have to eat clean and healthy, and when I have a cheat meal I dont feel very good, but I am HEALTHY for the longest period of time in my life, and I know it will stay this way. So when I say that shakeology saved my life, and I have watched it do miraculous things for so many others, I am serious and not just saying things to sell you. Shakeology is the hero in my story and I will ALWAYS drink it. It keeps my kids away from the doctor and off antibiotics (its been a year since any of us have been prescribed antibiotics.) Sorry for the lengthy post, but its not done yet... I am curious to find out that if I were to start up a 5 day clean eating and shakeology challenge if anyone would want to try it out? You will get a 5 day clean eats meal plan with 5 packets of shakeology and be put in a small support group where I will answer questions and share nutrition tips. Please comment if you or someone you know would be interested in trying it out.
