Not meaning to offend: read cautiously.... If your eating bread most every meals or filling you plates with 75% of it startchy (examples potatoes and gravy) then buttered bread, corn, stuffing, macaroni salads and huge chunks of meat... Its not balanced... And if your eating this every night stop... Please I worry about others health... Start out with putting 25% greens, small portions of healthy carbs such as quinoa or brown rice, eliminate diet sodas and sodas all togsther... Drink water only. Add a little yougurt if you need more with fresh cut up fruit or make it a smoothie, and a meat or meat like substance you prefer just a small amount 4-6 oz .... Tell me if you start to see improvement with weight and energy. :)
